SHIPPING POLICY

Here, we're dedicated to ensuring a seamless and delightful purchase experience for our valued collaborators because yes if you choose to purchase anything from Rain Dogs store we consider you a valued member of our family. Please do take a moment to review our shipping policy.

1. Shipping Zones:

  • We currently try to provide shipping services across all states and union territories within India. However we are still bound to certain logistical limitations of our courier partners. In case we are unable to deliver to your location, your money will be refunded and you'll be contacted and informed on your official mail ID that you provided to us.

2. Shipping Partners:

  • We've partnered with reliable and efficient courier services such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, as well as India Post to guarantee the safe and timely delivery of your orders.

3. Processing Time:

  • Once you place an order, we strive to process and dispatch it within 2-3 business days. All the information along with tracking ID will be updated to you in your mailboxes.

4. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

5. Shipping Charges:

  • We offer FREE shipping on orders above ₹2000. For orders below this value, a nominal shipping fee will apply, which will be displayed at checkout.

6. Order Tracking:

  • Stay in the know with our order tracking feature. You will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

7. Delivery Attempts:

  • Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package. After several unsuccessful attempts, your order may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

8. Damaged or Missing Items:

  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the order. We'll promptly resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Clothing: You may return clothing items within 2 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Art Products: Art products, including paintings and prints should be processed for return within few hours the date of delivery. These items should also be in their original condition, securely packaged for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at studio.raindogs@gmail.com and do mention return/exchange in the subject box. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

3. Return Shipping:

  • For clothing returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • For art product returns, you'll be responsible you'll be bearing the return shipping charges.

4. Inspection and Refunds:

  • Upon receiving the returned items, our quality control team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.

  • If the items are deemed eligible, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days from the date of receiving the return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

7. Custom and Personalized Items:

  • Please note that custom or personalized clothing and art products are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.
